Payment Accepted
We accept cash and cheque.
Health Insurance
Some health insurance plans cover Play Therapy under child counselling. For details of your specific plan and to see if child counselling is covered please contact your provider directly. Please note that, if covered, you will need to pay for our service in full and then submit your receipts to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Child Know How accepts no responsibility financial or otherwise for any transactions with health insurance providers.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelling an appointment, please give more than 24 hours’ notice. Unfortunately any cancellations within 24 hours’ of an appointment will have to be charged in full as this time is allocated to you and other clients may have been turned down for this slot.
